I haven't tried it yet.
What I notice is that a person would still have to do their own marketing, but you could cut and paste it into your homepage or even a MySpace homepage which is where I first saw it.
PayPal has rules in place for items that are not as decribed, charge backs, etc. You need a bank account, and so on...
